Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy production AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Build scalable production systems with JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Own solutions across the technical lifecycle and iterate, troubleshoot, and ship customer-facing work.
- Travel 25–50% to work directly alongside customers in their environments.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder-oriented mindset.
