Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the frontend architecture and component design system.
  • Design and build complex UI surfaces like real-time dashboards and AI-powered tools.
  • Establish frontend performance standards and optimize for Core Web Vitals.
  • Lead architectural decisions regarding Next.js and React components.
  • Integrate AI-native frontend patterns into UI components.
  • Drive code quality through reviews and mentoring of junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure UI accessibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with expertise in React and Next.js.
  • Mastery of Next.js 14+ App Router and React Server Components.
  • Strong TypeScript skills for type safety across components and APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Redux for state management and data fetching.
  • Experience building data-intensive dashboards with real-time data.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch for search UI integration.
  • Proven ability to establish component design systems with accessibility standards.
