Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product improvements.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, high-quality software using software development principles and functional patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical excellence.
- Guide technical direction for major initiatives and shape product evolution.
- Mentor team members and collaborate openly across the team.
- Own product work end to end, from business problem and roadmap through shipped code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
- Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications, and code.
- Ability to balance cost and benefit while delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Ownership of technical work, the product, and team development.
- Strong teamwork, abstraction, and communication skills.
