Base Salary
$156k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Clay enrichment waterfalls and signal-detection workflows for job changes, hiring, funding, technology stack, and product usage triggers, then score, prioritize, and route qualified leads to account executives.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents using Salesforce Flows, Workato, Python, SQL, and other tools.
- Translate ambiguous business problems and high-effort manual workflows into reliable AI-powered automation.
- Own builds end to end, including technical documentation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for reliable and observable GTM systems and AI workflows.
- Champion AI best practices across go-to-market teams and propose new plays that improve operating efficiency.
- Inherit and manage a live portfolio of automations while helping shape the developing GTM Engineering team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering, or Growth Engineering building software-grade automation for a B2B SaaS GTM organization.
- Fluency with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and the ability to use it to scaffold, debug, and ship automations.
- Advanced experience with Clay or an equivalent enrichment and orchestration platform.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex multi-table queries, and comfort working in a warehouse layer such as dbt or BigQuery.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with its data model, Flows, and formula fields; Apex experience is a plus.
- Ability to define scope with minimal direction and prioritize shipping a useful first version.
- Extra credit for 5+ years of total experience; production LLM API experience with Claude or OpenAI; Claude Agent SDK, MCP server, or related agent tooling experience; AI/ML or advanced analytics project experience; and an early-career or marketplace SaaS background.
