Responsibilities
- Support customer meetings, quarterly Agile Development Planning, and technical planning for mission-critical systems.
- Design, configure, test, integrate, and deliver software services in development, test, and production environments.
- Develop new capabilities, support infrastructure and applications, and add data sources to secure mission systems.
- Install and configure cloud, database, Linux, Elastic, WSUS, and Red Hat environments.
- Automate cloud resource provisioning and operational tasks using scripts and tools such as Ansible.
- Develop test data, perform system testing, and create or update application lifecycle documentation.
- Monitor and manage CPU, storage, and other cloud resources to maintain performance and operating efficiency.
- Administer and maintain Elastic, WSUS, and Red Hat Satellite Server environments.
- Write enterprise-level technical standards and diagrams and work across technical and customer teams using ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of relevant technical experience.
- At least 2 years of AWS production delivery experience, with comparable Azure experience considered.
- At least 2 years of Linux development and production delivery experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile programs for government programs.
- Experience with systems integration, modern application development, backend development, modern UI frameworks, relational databases, and web services.
- Experience configuring and managing development, test, and production hosting environments.
- Expertise with Python, Bash, PowerShell, .NET, or C# scripting.
- Experience automating tasks with Ansible and backing up, restoring, and testing relational database and system configurations.
- Experience writing enterprise technical documentation and diagrams and working with Jira, GitLab, or GitHub Issues.
- TS/SCI eligibility and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
- Ability to hold or attain DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications within 30 days of contract start.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, active SCI with polygraph, CompTIA CySA+ or equivalent certifications, AWS or Linux certifications, classified-environment Elastic/WSUS/Red Hat deployment experience, AWS C2S delivery, Docker or Kubernetes experience, intelligence-community systems engineering, and RMF assessment and authorization support.
