Base Salary
$120k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering areas and teams.
- Own complete technical solutions across their full life cycle.
- Build vision and solve complex problems with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other teams.
- Ensure the quality, usability, performance, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.
- Lead design sessions and code reviews.
- Build production applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Mentor team members and share engineering best practices.
- Develop features and components within large codebases.
- Work with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with mobile and web frameworks or SDKs.
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages, including Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Dart.
- Production experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with modern mobile and web software design patterns and architecture.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, state management, and reactive programming.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, REST APIs, testing strategies, debugging, and application monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
