Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex product features and platform systems.
- Establish engineering patterns and standards for the team.
- Apply and champion AI tooling to accelerate output and team velocity.
- Drive architectural decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and provide substantive feedback.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape scope and de-risk execution.
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in engineering.
- Proficient in using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Track record of leading projects from 0 to production with measurable impact.
- Strong full-stack or platform engineering skills, particularly in Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Strong system design instincts and technical communication skills.
