Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technology communities.
- Implement unit testing practices to support code design, readability, and reliability.
- Lead teams or collaborative assignments, guide team members, and contribute to objectives, coaching, and performance activities where applicable.
- Analyze complex information, communicate sensitive or difficult information, influence stakeholders, and manage risk and controls.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to perform complex software engineering work and advise or influence decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and business divisions and communicate complex information effectively.
- Ability to identify risks, strengthen controls, contribute to policy and procedure development, and support governance objectives.
- Ability to lead teams or guide team members through structured assignments and identify appropriate cross-functional expertise.
