
Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain software features and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and pull requests while ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and mentor team members.
- Contribute to software development processes, technical improvements, documentation, and project reports.
- Work with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts as needed.
- Provide internal and external product support as needed.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in design patterns, software architecture, and advanced debugging.
- Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, influence decision-making, and own complex tasks.
- Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, code optimization, and continuous integration practices.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and proficiency with relevant tools and technologies.
