Responsibilities
- Develop advanced software solutions across Angular web applications, Java backend services, API integrations, and digital applications.
- Own architecture and technical design for new initiatives and enhancements, including proof-of-concept development.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance across frontend and backend work.
- Review designs and code, enforce quality and engineering best practices, and support production issue analysis.
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Lead complex or cross-functional projects, estimate features and epics, support pre-grooming, and help ensure delivery within budget.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer working with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular.
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams and leading team members.
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript on the frontend and Java on the backend.
- Experience with microservices architecture, software design patterns, RESTful API development, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Node.js.
