Base Salary
$150k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components and product features.
- Own features from design and implementation through test automation, code review, and delivery.
- Partner with product owners and product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Integrate automated testing and develop functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Optimize software performance, reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Enhance existing products and contribute to new product design and implementation.
- Share engineering best practices and promote craftsmanship, quality, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, and TestNG and with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model prediction, and inference consistency.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor is a plus.

- Base pay is $149,800-$262,200, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
