Responsibilities
- Lead and define architecture, data, and cloud strategies for the largest client accounts.
- Present technical strategies and architectures to customer C-level executives and align them with business objectives.
- Design innovative solutions involving enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and Agentic AI.
- Support prospects and existing customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with client technical teams.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the regional customer base.
- Engage customer architecture and security teams on technical services.
- Coach consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability issues.
- Create reusable consulting assets, technical designs, position papers, and thought leadership presentations.
- Support sales goals including customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, consulting CTO, or enterprise architect.
- Strategic ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
- Proven ability to present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
- Experience with capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP platforms including SAP S/4HANA or ECC, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, data operations, system integrations, and automation.
- Development experience with data-related languages such as SQL and Python, including the ability to code or assemble architecture demonstrations.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification in an Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in English; Spanish, German, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include Celonis certifications, OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines experience, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, ESB or ETL certifications, and TOGAF/Zachmann certification.
- Experience in at least two relevant business domains and two listed industries is preferred.
