Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for core customer service and internal business platforms.
- Design and implement scalable solutions spanning frontend and backend services.
- Share responsibility for engineering delivery pipelines and ensure operational health.
- Build high-throughput booking and endpoint systems and real-time services.
- Develop reusable technical designs and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and security practices.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver technical roadmaps and solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers, grow technical talent, and build strong teams.
- Influence technical decisions and build consensus across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 11+ years of software and infrastructure engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
- Significant experience with Microsoft products across platform, endpoint, and security domains.
- Experience with Microsoft security technologies including MFA, SSO, MIM, and OTP.
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Expertise with Azure cloud platforms and modern web technologies.
- Strong ability to bridge frontend and backend technical domains.
- Experience leading technical strategy and engineering decisions for customer service and internal business platforms.
- Experience implementing monitoring and security practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and consensus-building skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the immediate surrounding area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
