Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and roll out data platform features for Transaction Banking.
  • Design and build data-intensive capabilities using Java, Python, and modern data-processing technologies.
  • Integrate platform services with Airflow, Flink, Kafka, GraphQL, REST, AWS services, vendor systems, and external systems.
  • Contribute to the platform’s technical vision, roadmap, engineering culture, business value, and client experience.
  • Support data capabilities for liquidity analytics, billing, client onboarding, reporting, and related business functions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with modern processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Airflow, or Flink and programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.
  • At least five years of production experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or an equivalent technology.
  • Experience with REST and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience working with NoSQL and/or relational databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred experience with microservice architecture, PostgreSQL, AWS, Snowflake, Terraform, and financial services or fintech.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for data engineering and high-quality software.
