Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and roll out data platform features for Transaction Banking.
- Design and build data-intensive capabilities using Java, Python, and modern data-processing technologies.
- Integrate platform services with Airflow, Flink, Kafka, GraphQL, REST, AWS services, vendor systems, and external systems.
- Contribute to the platform’s technical vision, roadmap, engineering culture, business value, and client experience.
- Support data capabilities for liquidity analytics, billing, client onboarding, reporting, and related business functions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with modern processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Airflow, or Flink and programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.
- At least five years of production experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or an equivalent technology.
- Experience with REST and/or GraphQL.
- Experience working with NoSQL and/or relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience with microservice architecture, PostgreSQL, AWS, Snowflake, Terraform, and financial services or fintech.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for data engineering and high-quality software.
