Software Engineer - Python, GenAI
Blue YonderResponsibilities
- Develop and deploy cloud-native backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization practices.
- Contribute features, bug fixes, refactorings, test cases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes under experienced guidance.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams in Agile development environments.
Requirements
- Require 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Require strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Require experience building backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Require strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Require experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Prefer experience building production-ready GenAI applications and using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
- Prefer exposure to agentic AI workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, enterprise integration and transformation platforms, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Prefer knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, transportation, or retail domains and familiarity with EDI standards and enterprise data exchange technologies.
