Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate engineers delivering multiple clinical and interoperability products.
- Develop and maintain Java, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Perform end-to-end application delivery, including deployment, operationalization, observability, monitoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, clinical teams, interoperability partners, and EHR integration partners on technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and maintain code quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and security best practices.
- Build and deploy services using GitHub, CircleCI, Harness, and cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Manage GCP storage buckets, Data Composer workflows, Dataflow jobs, IAM service accounts and roles, ETL processes, data quality checks, and databases.
- Participate in PI planning and Agile Scrum activities, including sprint planning, refinement, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, reviews, and production deployments.
- 7+ years of experience with modern software development practices and 7+ years with Java, Spring, JUnit, Spring Boot APIs, and microservices architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting healthcare clinical applications, deploying cloud applications, operating distributed systems, and working with large-scale applications and datasets.
- At least 2 years of experience managing GCP storage buckets, Data Composer workflows, Dataflow jobs, IAM, ETL, data quality checks, and database management.
- Experience with Kubernetes, SOAP services, IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Preferred experience includes Apigee, GCP-GKE, Dataflow, Airflow, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SQL and NoSQL databases, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a high school diploma plus four years of relevant work experience is also accepted.
- Experience with automated unit and mock testing, cloud troubleshooting, logging and dashboards, healthcare, and Scrum or Agile development is preferred.
