Responsibilities
- Build internal tools that support efficient software development.
- Design and improve backend APIs, performance, data storage, availability, and user experience.
- Own QA platform infrastructure and its continuous upgrades.
- Understand business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, highly available email systems and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.
- At least 2 years of backend experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Go or Python.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, programming skills, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Mastery of at least one open-source component such as MySQL, Redis, or message queues.
- Understanding of system architecture and development, particularly for infrastructure teams.
- Strong logical analysis skills and the ability to abstract and reasonably divide business logic.
