Responsibilities
- Own dealer implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare.
- Configure solutions for dealership workflows and systems through discovery and collaboration with engineering.
- Validate customer, availability, recall, and repair-order data flows across systems before go-live.
- Train dealership staff and manage adoption and change throughout implementation.
- Own implementation timelines, stakeholders, and go-live dates.
- Troubleshoot live issues using reproduction, log analysis, configuration diagnosis, and clean engineering escalations.
- Create runbooks, SOPs, and setup documentation for repeatable implementations and support handoffs.
- Route specific field feedback and implementation insights to product.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating and configuring products with external systems through APIs, webhooks, or configuration tools.
- Experience reproducing issues, reading logs, and distinguishing configuration problems from product bugs.
- Experience delivering customer training or enablement, preferably to non-technical audiences.
- Experience running implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and owning stakeholders and timelines.
- Experience validating and verifying data across systems.
- Preferred experience with discovery, workflow mapping, customer-facing technical issue triage, and escalation.
- Light scripting or SQL experience for data queries or quick validation is a plus.
- Experience writing runbooks, SOPs, or setup documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS implementation and deployment, REST, webhooks, authentication, automotive retail, dealership DMS and scheduling systems, data validation, support escalation, change management, and security and compliance concepts is helpful.
