Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders and map workflows to identify AI use cases.
- Prototype Assist solutions using tools like Glean Search and Assistant.
- Develop and automate workflows with tools such as Google ADK and LangChain.
- Create fullstack AI applications and manage their lifecycle.
- Teach and produce educational materials for teams to build AI confidence.
- Measure adoption and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in stakeholder discovery and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Assist and knowledge retrieval tools.
- Familiarity with Automate tooling and API integration.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Exposure to monitoring systems and service reliability practices.
- Skilled in crafting LLM prompts and context engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience with data and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Natural educator with experience in leading workshops.
