Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery across all environments.
- Maintain more than 10 environments, including stability, data refreshes, and deployment readiness validation.
- Implement and operate platform security controls including gMSA service accounts, TDE encryption, SSL/TLS for IIS, Azure Key Vault, CyberArk integration, SOD pipeline enforcement, and audit remediation.
- Respond to and resolve production incidents as part of an on-call rotation.
- Automate manual operational processes and improve delivery speed through pipeline-driven solutions.
- Coordinate releases, deployment instructions, and infrastructure initiatives with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain environment matrices, incident playbooks, configuration steps, deployment runbooks, and other documentation.
- Participate in Agile Scrum activities including standups, backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or an operations role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT operations or infrastructure.
- Experience automating repetitive processes and reducing manual operational work.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of Azure DevOps, PowerShell, YAML, Python, IIS administration, Azure Monitor or similar APM tools, Terraform, Windows Server administration, certificate management, networking, MS Dynamics CRM, or SQL.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and unit testing practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
- Pension, financial services, or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
- Nice-to-have experience includes SQL Server administration, ServiceNow workflows, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Node.js, Playwright, JMeter, or Artillery.
