Responsibilities
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs with the Technology team.
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
- Identify and define system enhancements using script tools and code analysis.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Apply programming-language knowledge to create design specifications.
- Analyze problems and implement solutions using independent judgment and technical experience.
- Assess and manage risk, comply with applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant applications development experience.
- Experience with Core Java, including multithreading, concurrency, collections, and transaction management.
- Experience with Spring Boot, database concepts and RDBMS, cloud concepts, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Understanding of how to use coding agents.
- Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
