Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments and ensure successful adoption of Ravenna.
- Build integrations and custom solutions connecting Ravenna to customer systems.
- Debug issues and resolve technical challenges during deployments.
- Capture and synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Influence product direction based on customer insights.
- Develop internal tools and processes to improve deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- At least three years of software engineering experience.
- Strong customer-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working across APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management skills.
- Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Builder mentality with a willingness to write code and develop tools.
