Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with client requirements and platform best practices.
- Maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, innovations, and relevant certifications.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and help develop their technical capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow industry and project experience.
- Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with infrastructure operations, migrations, and ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch.
- A university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.
