Responsibilities
- Implement architectural designs and technical specifications for scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software projects.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, lead architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software quality practices.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and identify and address application performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and coding guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply relevant technologies and practices to improve development processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer delivering complex software projects.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Extensive knowledge of software design principles including Domain Driven Design and Event-Storming.
- Experience with architectural patterns including Event Driven Architecture, orchestration, and API design.
- Solid understanding of database design, GraphQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
