Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures using Microsoft backend technologies.
- Lead technical analysis and design activities and implement development tasks following clean-code principles.
- Collaborate with end users, QA, and product owners to understand needs and define product requirements and BDDs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements to code quality and architecture.
- Define testing strategies and improve the team’s craftsmanship and clean-code practices.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to end users.
- Act as a technical reference for junior team members and support them with technical tasks.
- Organize and participate in weekly collaborative technical presentations and technology watch sessions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience in Microsoft backend environments.
- Experience working in an Agile context.
- Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
- Interest in technical challenges and career development in both technical and human dimensions.
