Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for real business use cases.
- Develop and integrate tools for agents, including APIs and databases.
- Improve agent quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through testing and iteration.
- Build prompt structures, orchestration logic, and human handoff flows as needed.
- Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to create practical AI solutions.
- Contribute to backend services and internal platforms for end-to-end delivery.
- Define reusable engineering patterns and evaluation approaches for production AI agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python; TypeScript is a plus.
- Good software engineering judgment, including APIs and system design.
- Strong curiosity about LLMs and production AI systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in ambiguous environments.
- Good communication skills to connect technical work to business value.
