Responsibilities
- Develop PQ foundations and evaluation frameworks for AI agents, workflows, and system processes.
- Implement benchmarking protocols, proof-of-concepts, and testing-paradigm validation.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance testing infrastructure using Python and Go.
- Execute LLM-as-judge validation, tenant-isolation probes, and behavioral regression suites.
- Maintain reliable testing processes and quality ecosystems.
- Implement contract testing, audit-log validation, and security-compliance validation with engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, technical collaboration, and technical hypothesis validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
- Experience building large-scale testing ecosystems.
- Programming experience with Python and Go, including scalable, maintainable, and high-performance testing infrastructure.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks.
- Experience with modern performance-testing methodologies.
- Experience using AI to build test automation.
- Preferred: experience with contract-testing frameworks and Playwright.
- Preferred: experience with K6, Terra Virtual Machine, and JMeter.
