Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on client business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and portal customizations.
- Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow while ensuring data accuracy and appropriate data structures.
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
- Create technical documentation covering configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Test ServiceNow configurations, validate data integrity and user experience, and resolve defects.
- Support user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, implementation specialists, support teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge and continue certification and training.
- Communicate project risks, issues, successes, and status to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization.
- 1+ year of experience with advanced JavaScript, with 3+ years preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in agile software development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder presentation, collaboration, troubleshooting, and autonomous-work skills.
- Experience configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
- Active DHS or DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
