Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Conduct process discovery workshops and prepare Process Definition Documents.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and calculate automation ROI and feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
- Build attended and unattended bots using UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling and monitoring.
- Integrate RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, and legacy applications.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
- Maintain and enhance existing automations as processes and systems change.
- Maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents and runbooks.
- Follow Center of Excellence standards, coding conventions, and change management procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or RPA development.
- Proficiency with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant.
- Experience with REFramework and exception-handling best practices.
- Understanding of BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and value stream mapping.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel automation, APIs, and web service integrations.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification.
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Fabric, and Action Center.
- Exposure to UiPath Process Mining or Celonis.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum projects is preferred.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python, VB.NET, C#, AWS cloud services, Git, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, REST/SOAP services, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
