Responsibilities
- Develop pre-silicon firmware and software that operate silicon chips and interface directly with hardware.
- Develop and integrate C tests, APIs, and software build flows.
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, product testing, and implementation validation.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on firmware and silicon integration.
- Document design decisions and test results.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to team discussions and technical solutions.
- Improve firmware development processes, efficiency, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Embedded C++.
- Proficiency in Embedded C++.
- Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures and hardware-software interfacing.
- Experience with embedded-systems debugging tools and techniques.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with software build systems and version control tools.
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems and low-level programming concepts.
- 15 years of full-time education.
