Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UI components for the Prime Brokerage technology platform.
- Own the development lifecycle from concept through production and oversee production support processes.
- Lead system analysis, architecture design, requirements gathering, technical specifications, and implementation standards.
- Provide technical leadership for development teams, including planning, estimation, risk management, and process improvement.
- Drive automated testing, continuous improvement, reliability, scalability, observability, and root-cause remediation.
- Maintain on-call rotations, lead post-mortems, and analyze production issue patterns.
- Coach and advise mid-level developers, analysts, and graduates, allocating work as necessary.
- Partner with management, business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to deliver products and process improvements.
- Ensure application design aligns with business requirements, technical standards, architecture, policies, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Essential experience with React and Angular.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
