Base Salary
$117k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve high-impact and high-risk agents using Gemini agent builder, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations.
- Own the maturity path of agents from prototype through hardened, governed product.
- Partner with compensation analysts, recruiters, and other subject matter experts to build domain-specific agents and transfer technical skills.
- Redesign workflows to address fundamental process issues rather than merely automate existing processes.
- Operate shipped solutions as products by monitoring adoption, diagnosing failures, and guiding stakeholders toward adoption.
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering team on technical integrations and governance standards.
- Build carefully around the risks associated with people data and define the long-term playbook for an AI-native HR function.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across HR technology, people operations, solutions, or business transformation roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools that changed how real work gets done.
- Technical fluency to design agent architectures and instructions, work with MCPs and governance systems, and evaluate outputs at the system level without engineering handholding.
- Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through real adoption while upskilling others through training, enablement, or sustained co-working.
- Ability to work autonomously and self-directly as a senior individual contributor.
- Preferred: a combination of engineering depth and HR practice.
- Preferred: understanding of agent building alongside the practical risks and sensitivities of HR operations.
- Preferred: enthusiasm for early-stage, high-impact opportunities and authoring the playbook for AI-native HR.
