Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer questions about data using SQL.
- Research issues end-to-end and validate findings across multiple data sources.
- Communicate findings clearly to Customer Success and customers.
- Create detailed engineering tickets with reproduction steps and root-cause analysis.
- Build expertise in AcuityMD's data model and business logic.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform quality.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for data quality improvement.
- Expand technical skills in Python and modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships.
- Experience writing SQL for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Interest in a long-term career in software engineering.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
