Responsibilities
- Develop, ship, and maintain features for Agent Observability and Interactions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and AI specialists to refine requirements.
- Design, implement, and review REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Improve automated testing to enhance quality and reliability.
- Share standards and learnings to promote responsible AI integration.
- Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations for production issue troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and production applications.
- Familiarity with Python backends and/or Vue frontends is a plus.
- Proficiency in designing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with AI tooling and AI-powered backend features.
- SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Clear communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
