Base Salary
$100k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards, reports, and lightweight internal applications to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to understand workflow and reporting needs.
- Translate business questions into data models, queries, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Develop tools that improve visibility into company operations and team performance.
- Standardize reporting workflows and reduce manual spreadsheet-based processes.
- Build and maintain lightweight software tools, scripts, integrations, and automations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on internal solutions.
- Connect systems through APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and workflow automation tools.
- Pull, clean, organize, and transform data from internal systems and business tools.
- Support data quality, consistency, and documentation across business-critical workflows.
- Build integrations between various business systems and internal databases.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather feedback and improve solutions.
- Document tools, workflows, assumptions, and handoff instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role.
- Strong programming fundamentals, preferably with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, scripts, or lightweight applications.
- Comfort working with APIs, databases, and structured data.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
