Responsibilities
- Automate tasks identified in customer managed-services delivery scopes according to approved requirements and high-level design documents.
- Participate in solution design, software development, and integration across the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure delivered automation and software components function correctly and meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide timely updates to affected partners regarding factors affecting deployed or developed automation applications.
- Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to deliver results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java programming, web technologies, and software development primarily on UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Experience with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Ext JS, multithreading, and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of packet networking; development experience in networking is a plus.
- Knowledge of an RDBMS, preferably SQL, is beneficial.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
