Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and pod leadership to develop high-level specifications.
- Work with MuleSoft, Salesforce, and SAP HANA technical resources to turn specifications into actionable stories.
- Work with pod leadership and the solution architect to build AI analysis and reporting pipelines.
- Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, including opportunities to leverage AI.
- Organize and document business requirements.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Be registered as a student returning to school in April 2027 and be eligible to work full-time for the entire internship.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or data analytics platforms is considered an asset.
- Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-based development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
