Responsibilities
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Develop and optimize large-scale data processing workflows using PySpark.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in data pipelines and business-critical applications.
- Improve system reliability and performance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Implement scalable and maintainable solutions across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of PySpark experience is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in PySpark is required.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data ecosystems.
- Experience with performance tuning and resource management in Spark environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data pipeline and business application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
