Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and configure custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines within cloud environments.
- Design scalable and maintainable data solutions for complex business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Identify and implement team best practices to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience developing and optimizing data pipelines in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows and application deployment.
- Competence troubleshooting technical challenges in data analytics platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
