Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines within cloud environments.
- Design scalable and maintainable data solutions supporting business intelligence and analytics.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and application deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience developing and optimizing data pipelines in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data solutions for business intelligence and analytics.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows and application deployment.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex data-platform issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
