Responsibilities
- Configure and extend the Financial Services Cloud data model for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.
- Build end-to-end Data 360 pipelines covering ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation into Marketing Cloud and Agentforce.
- Develop Agentforce Marketing and Marketing Cloud solutions, including journeys, AMPscript/SSJS, Journey Decisioning, Content Builder, and API integrations.
- Write and review Apex, Flow, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations connecting Financial Services Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and test Agentforce agents using Prompt Builder, topics, actions, Data 360 grounding, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Lead or support client discovery, requirements, solution design, workshops, delivery documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, defect triage, and release preparation.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable solutions spanning data, integrations, security, reporting, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI.
- Mentor consultants on hands-on configuration and client communication while leading client conversations and managing delivery risks.
Requirements
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud/Data 360 implementation and consulting experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on Financial Services Cloud configuration and delivery.
- Demonstrated technical experience with Apex, Flow, LWC, AMPscript/SSJS, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Agentforce Marketing, Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Track record of leading Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud transformation projects and experience working in teams of five or more people.
- Experience facilitating or supporting requirements, design, or process workshops with client stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational database concepts, and Agile delivery methods.
- Relevant and valid Salesforce certifications, including Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional and Marketing Cloud Developer or Engagement Administrator/Consultant.
- Application Architect or System Architect credential is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, communicate with business and technical stakeholders, and travel based on client needs.
