Responsibilities

  • Oversee EPM software development, technical design validation, coding standards, architecture, security, quality, and partner development estimates.
  • Maintain and enhance EPM applications, including metadata, member lists, foreign-exchange rates, business rules, calculation scripts, validation checks, reports, and dashboards.
  • Monitor second- and third-level support, service quality, incident tickets, requests, escalations, and resolution plans.
  • Maintain access and security configurations in accordance with audit and internal-control requirements.
  • Support monthly maintenance, year-end rollover, financial closing, platform upgrades, ERP transformation, migrations, and other Oracle EPM initiatives.
  • Oversee technical architecture activities such as patching, backups, and application copies in collaboration with DBA and infrastructure teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on business requirements, system impact, scalability, maintainability, and long-term system integrity.
  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, service providers, solution architects, delivery managers, application outsourcers, and global partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience with Hyperion or related EPM products in financial planning and budgeting, enterprise data management and Essbase, financial consolidation and closing, or EPM technical architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with EPM development, including business rules, calculation scripts, metadata management, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise EPM applications.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with EPM upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, communication, and technical-guidance skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and collaborate globally across time zones.
  • Ability to lead dedicated and matrixed program resources, product teams, subject-matter experts, and external partners.
