Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated functional, integration, and regression testing strategies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of reusable, scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Support multiple testing streams, environments, user interfaces, and monthly releases.
- Maintain, refactor, and optimize automated tests for reliability, efficiency, and speed.
- Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align automation with the software development lifecycle.
- Manage sprint activities for test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Report automation progress, quality metrics, test results, defects, and issues.
- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot automation scripts, tools, and test environments.
- Maintain documentation and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting multiple work streams through multi-branch development and multiple user interfaces, including desktop, web, mobile, and third-party platforms.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, GitHub, Jenkins, BrowserStack, and Atlassian.
- Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes.
- Experience testing integration interfaces and using related tooling.
- Experience with ERP automation in Finance and HCM domains.
- Exposure to AI tooling for software testing and quality assurance is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
