Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage release cycles and deployment processes while maintaining platform health and security.
- Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and AI technologies for potential improvements.
- Advocate for AI adoption and assist teammates in utilizing AI tools effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development experience.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce features including sharing, security, and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ configuration.
- Proven experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience leading a team of developers and understanding Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; CPQ certification is a plus.
