Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and asynchronous Apex.
- Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality, including data models, validation rules, automation, security, sharing, and data management.
- Apply bulkification, governor-limit optimization, reusable design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Build and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations with external systems and middleware, including authentication, logging, retries, and data consistency.
- Configure and test Agentforce agents, topics, subagents, actions, and automation integrated with Flow or Apex.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, participate in design reviews, and identify security and scalability risks.
- Investigate production issues, document technical solutions, and support Salesforce application deployments through Git-based CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience spanning development, administration, and integration.
- Strong skills in Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable processing, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and governor-limit-aware design.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, objects, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, security, sharing, and data management.
- Practical implementation experience with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on REST/SOAP API integration experience, including authentication, error handling, troubleshooting, and exposure to MuleSoft or Workato.
- Practical experience configuring Agentforce agents and actions.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, accountability, collaboration, and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Gearset, Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, advanced asynchronous integration patterns, enterprise Agile/Scrum environments, and additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
