Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape technical direction and roadmap for Artist Success products such as the A&R Dashboard and Fan Insights.
- Build and evolve scalable, secure, high-performance frontend, API, backend, and data systems.
- Provide senior technical contribution through architecture, peer reviews, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, data partners, and engineers to define requirements and solutions.
- Own domain infrastructure, deployment patterns, infrastructure as code, and system health.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows while maintaining code quality, product standards, and user-centered judgment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with React and modern frontend development, with the ability to influence architecture and best practices.
- Strong proficiency with GraphQL and TypeScript for reliable APIs and services.
- Understanding of storage, querying, and data-intensive systems such as BigQuery and SQL.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code capability, particularly with Terraform, and experience with container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Golang or Scala is expected, and experience with native iOS or Android applications is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs and collaborate across engineering, product, design, and data.
- Experience using modern AI and agentic tools to improve quality and velocity while preserving maintainability and user experience.
