Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and deploy minimal code in low-resource environments.
- Re-invent solutions when necessary due to security and privacy constraints.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize advanced AI models and techniques.
Requirements
- Experience shipping full-stack code (Python and React) in production.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong coding skills across the stack.
- Experience deploying performant client-side or server-side applications.
- Product ownership mindset, focusing on user problems and impact.
- Strong opinions on user experience and willingness to challenge designs.
- Experience owning features end-to-end from conception to measurement.
