Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and govern enterprise integration architectures using the TIBCO product suite, API platforms, and modern integration technologies.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable integration blueprints and implementation strategies.
- Lead work intake, impact assessments, effort estimation, and work assignment coordination with offshore teams.
- Design, develop, deploy, and govern APIs and integration services according to enterprise standards.
- Support and administer TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, Runtime Agent, BusinessConnect, and related components.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design validations with development teams.
- Manage deployments and releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Install and maintain SSL certificates, client authentication certificates, and other security artifacts.
- Plan and execute upgrades, maintenance, platform modernization, capacity planning, and load testing activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across TIBCO, Azure API Management, IBM API Connect, App Connect, and related middleware platforms.
- Maintain integration inventories, architecture documentation, test results, and operational procedures.
- Identify technical debt and modernization opportunities and develop integration ecosystem roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years serving as an Integration Lead or Architect on large-scale enterprise integration initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO BusinessWorks Plug-ins, and TIBCO BusinessConnect.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and governing APIs, including experience as an API Developer and/or API Architect.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, enterprise integration technologies, API design standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, and Azure AD B2C.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, gRPC, GraphQL, B2B integration, and Managed File Transfer platforms.
- Experience implementing integration security standards including SSL, mutual authentication, digital signatures, and certificate management.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, XML, XSD, JSON, relational databases, and SQL.
- Expertise in publish/subscribe, service-oriented, event-driven, and native integration patterns.
- Experience using Azure Repos or other distributed version control systems and understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
- Preferred experience with Azure API Management, IBM API Connect, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, offshore or distributed team leadership, enterprise architecture governance, modernization and cloud migration strategies, platform performance engineering, capacity planning, operational excellence, and ServiceNow change and release processes.
