Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, Microsoft technologies, and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Gather business requirements, propose solutions, and translate stakeholder needs into technical designs.
- Support platform transitions, transformations, knowledge transfer, process improvements, and service onboarding.
- Perform code reviews and maintain ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and regression testing.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, transition teams, architects, and project managers to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP APIs, and platform customizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transitions.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
