Base Salary
$119k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality Android growth features and experiments.
- Partner with product, design, data science, and analytics teams to translate hypotheses into shippable experiments.
- Utilize AI tools as a primary workflow collaborator for coding and testing.
- Instrument experiments accurately for reliable analytics.
- Ship polished and reliable Android experiences to millions of users.
- Define and codify AI-Native Android engineering practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Android software engineering experience with production apps.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLMs and AI tools.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with Android architecture patterns in a multi-team codebase.
- Familiarity with mobile experimentation concepts.
- Solid grounding in mobile performance diagnostics.
- Experience with CI/CD for Android and modular build systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
